alwayslabellavita: Can I just say THANK YOU for shutting down that person whining about "I feel like the comics are only for movie fans now"? Growing up, I never actually realized there was a world of comics to discover. But then I fell in love with the MCU and my love of the movies made me go out and start buying Marvel comics. It's hard enough being a new reader, trying to catch up on backstories and acclimate to the comic world w/o ppl ragging on us just because the movies are what introduced us to comics.

Welcome to the party!
You’re apparently a mythological creature given how many long-time readers seem to doubt your existence. But we’ve always known that you and your tribe existed.
Don’t worry about, and don’t take crap from, anybody who questions your credentials as a “real fan.” By the power invested in me by the Marvel Comics Group, I hereby declare you and those like you to be Fearless Front-Facers (an honorary title created by Stan Lee and bestowed for devotion to Marvel above and beyond the call of duty.)
Let none doubt your worthiness or your right to be here.
